Have your cycles been getting longer after stopping BC?
For the first few months I held at a perfect 28-day cycle. It made predicting O and AF super easy. Then it moved to a 30-day cycle. Now it is at a 33 day cycle. Anyone else experience this?

I stopped BC last April, & I was only on it for about 4 months; thank God too because I was on BeYaz! My cycles started getting longer about 5 months ago; they went from 32 days to about 36, then 39 one month! They are still long, about 34 days. I think a few ladies on this board have been experiencing longer cycles lately too, could be the season  the birds & the bees lol

Mine did... I was having cycles anywhere from 30-33 days in the months before I got my bfp.

Yes, my cycles have ranged from 31-41 days since going off BCP last Sept.

I have PCOS, so after stopping BC, my cycles ranged anywhere from like 40 to 60 days.

Yes! Initially going off bcp my cycles were short like 24-25 days long. After a few cycles passed it lengthened to almost 30 days.

I'm only on my second cycle off bcp so I can't really help with your question yet, but I just wanted to add that you can't predict O or AF based on the length of your cycle. You need to either temp or use an OPK. Anything other than that is a guess based off of a "general" rule of a 28 day cycle. In reality, you could O on totally different days each month.
