Does that affect it? Could take screw up the test?

I feel like the results of the Intelligender are always so wonky...based on what I've read about it on here, it seems to be wrong half the time 
Wether you decide to  the night before taking it or not, take the results with a grain of salt, bc it seems pretty 50/50.
