Having trouble breathing
The last 3 days i have really been having a hard time getting a "good breath" in. This happened bad last year in June adn my parents had to take me to the ER. Now its happening again. They said then it was anxiety (even though i didnt feel anxious) but now theres no excuse. The wedding and HM are over and im relaxed etc.
Its really upsetting and scary. I notice i do it ALOT when im on the computer and at dinner. Not so much when im laying in bed. I took at least 5 DEEP breaths since ive written this post and cant get a good one in

yep...perfect sense. I totally relate. Sometimes I can't get a good breath in either.

Re: Having trouble breathing
Do you have a/c in your home/office??
If so, this definitley sounds like anxiety. Otherwise you would have been able to catch a breath. The only thing I can reccommend, from my experience, is North Shore ( or your hospital of choice) OR the Doctor's Office. Unless medicated (a word I hate) it can get really rough.
