Having trouble getting excited...

My body is driving me crazy!!! I was over the moon a week ago, having just got a BFP on several home tests. We told our families and it was wonderful. A few days later I started spotting...although it never came out on a pad. I only saw stuff when I wiped. I moved my doctor appointment up and he took a sonogram, saw nothing, but he said that would probably happen because it was so early on. I was only 4 weeks at that point. Since then I have been on and off seeing things when I wipe. I haven't been in any pain, except for today..I have some lower back pain. My boobs are slightly tender. Other than that, nothing. This morning I saw a little pink. I want to be excited with each passing week, but it's getting very hard. I have another appointment scheduled for this Thursday as a follow up and I went for 2 blood tests to see if the hormone count went up. I should know those tomorrow.

Did this happen to anyone else? Or am I just being paranoid?

I had a very similar start. I thought I was pregnant.. When to the bathroom and had pink when I wiped - only when I wiped... Nothing actually spotting on a pad or in my undies. It went on til I was about 8 or so weeks. I was having cramps all along like I was expecting my period and it never came.. I did have 5 positives on a variety of pregnancy tests though!! Obsessed much? yes I was!!!
