hawaiian chicken??
I had this at a party this weekend and I cant find a recipe that is similar.. the chicken had a very thick coating on it seemed like flour or cornstarch and it had red peppers and some maraschino cherries .. anyone have a recipe? TIA

OMG this is totally my favorite...I wish I had the recipe too. It probably was coated in cornstarch- lots of stir fry recipes do that.
