Hawaiian food - catering

we are doing a Hawaiian theme for my DD birthday. We are looking to do kabobs, sweet and sour pork, etc. We were thinking of making ourselves, but we want the kabobs bbq's and her b'day is 3/1, which can go either way with weather, etc.

Wondering if anyone knows anyplace we can order this type of stuff. We are in Bellmore, so someplace near there.

Any suggestions?
