Maybe it's different when they're both in the same business - but at 18 years old I had NOTHING in common with a 30 year old man. - I was JUST graduating HS and starting college while he would have been in the 'real world' for years already .........
They do make a really good looking couple though !!

if they are dating, I do think he is too old for her. If they were 28 and 40, different story, but there is a big difference between 18 and 30.

 Too funny. Although is 31 still young enough tobe called a kid? I like that idea  Either way. She's not my daughter so if she wants date an older man- than let her. Heck, when I wasn't too much older thanher, I dated a many way older than him.
