HCG Injection in middle of 2ww?
Its called a booster...has anyone heard of this or done it?

I have heard of taking 2 HCG shots for better implanatation, but NOT during the 2ww.
Is that what they are doing with you??
I cant believe you are in your 2ww alraedy....time sure is flying.

They are not doing it with me. I just read about it online and had never heard of it before so I thought I would ask you ladies.
After tonight I am starting week 2 of my 2ww...
I have a feeling it wont feel like time is flying now

I can see the second hcg injection helping with progesterone levels. Giving the corpus luteum a signal to keep the progesterone supply going. Not sure how else it can help with implantation. However, I sure hope they come up with more protocols to help implantation.

I started my 2ww today (IUI was yesterday) and I am supposed to take 1/2 CC of HCG on Friday...which is 6 days after the initial HCG shot. I thought that was the norm....
