He doesnt sit at school to make crafts
Hes almost 2 1/2. I went to pick him up today, and the other children were sitting there gluing, and he was playing with the toys. The teacher said he usually doesn't want to sit. Should I work with him at home on sitting still? Or chalk it up to a 2 1/2 year old boy?

Chalk it up to being a normal 2 1/2 year old boy. Who wants to sit down when there are TOYS to play with???????
Sitting still will come in time. He is still a baby.

Agreed. Normal for some kids, some will sit obviously but some will not. 2 1/2 is a baby don't let anyone make you feel like he "should" be doing it, he will get there.

DS#2 is 3.5 and still doesn't sit for crafts.

Bella is in kindergarten and still gets told to sit. She likes to stand at her table doing work...
I wouldn't worry in the slightest about it at 2 1/2
