Headache for 11 days straight - HELP PLEASE!
I've had the same headache for the past 11 days now. Its all on the left side of my head from my temple to the left side of my neck.
I went to the doctor on Thursday and he said my sinuses were clogged and told me to take a decongestant and gave me a nose spray. (I could breathe through my nose fine and wasn't stuffed up at all when he dignosed that).
Well four days later and the headache is still here.
Anyone ever had a headache that lasted a long time and wheat did you do to get rid of it?

Take a poland spring water bottle (or any type) and fill it with really hot water....then put the bottom of the water bottle on your eye, and press down...when I did this, I felt everything draining. It was a great feeling. Hope this helps!

for sinus problems my brother swears by the neti pot aka the nose bidet
i keep forgetting to get one but he said it is incredible

yes I have experienced this! did the dr. say if you had a sinus infection? if you have been using the other stuff since Thurs and have no relief, I would say go back to the doctor and see if you have an infection... you might need an anitbiotic.
