Headaches in the third trimester

For the past two weeks, I feel like I wake up everyday with a headache!! My OB said it could be allergies, but I am going insane! If I wake up in the middle of the night, which I do a lot, I feel it, when I first wake up in the morning I have a headache, but it goes away towards the middle of the day. I don't know if it's the way I am sleeping, or what. We just got a new bed, I was thinking maybe that. Also I am 31 weeks pregnant and they are saying the baby is about 5 lbs already!! I am huge! I've gained 8 lbs total this pregnancy so far, so I know it's not weight that Ive gained and is all baby. I am very uncomfortable. I also read it could be tension from the heaviness of the baby. Anyone else get a lot of headaches in the last trimester??

If you are waking up with them and then they go away on their own I would wonder whether your blood pressure was creeping up.

I am a migraine sufferer and if anything my headaches this pregnancy and last went away towards the end of my 2nd trimester and stayed away the third.

I thought that at first as well, but every time I go to the dr, my BP is perfect! I know it can change throughout the day, but it's weird! I hate to even call it a headache, it's like one of those things where there is pain, but it's not unbearable, i don't even take a tylenol, I just let it roll. Today I woke up great, fell back asleep for 15 minutes and had a slight headache, it's gone now. Maybe I should get a BP machine to monitor it in the mornings.
