Health insurance is a pain in the arse !!
I went last month to recertify my kids and to find out that one was terminated b/c the lady that did the recertification didnt put one of my kids on there do now she is sick and I have no insurance for her

Thats what Im trying to find out but I called them over an hr ago and they havent called back yet

Annoying!! When I recertify now, I send the stuff in myself directly to the insurance company. I don't use one of those enrollers. They ALWAYS screw things up!!! The last guy that tried to recertify Nicholas sent the "fedex overnight" package to my PO BOX (which doesn't work!).

I stopped doing it myself b/c I didnt want it getting screwed up ! Go figure they really messed it up
