This is so yummy! You can't even taste the avocado!
Chocolate avocado pudding
I used this raw cacao powder since it has more antioxidants, minerals, nutrients, etc. than the grocery store kind that's processed.

Hmm interesting! I will have to try it. Did you make the whip cream too? Also why does it say Grade B maple syrup? I thought Grade A was the best.
I made Vegan Diva Ding Dongs a few weeks back and they where really good. ( Made a few changes, but nothing unhealthy).

No I didn't use whipped cream, but I will probably use coconut cream tomorrow.
I also used grade a maple syrup.

I am really interested in this. I happen to love avocados. I know I will keep coming back to it for a few weeks before I make it. But, I really think it will be pretty good!

Okay, I'm definetely going to try it. I'm not a huge fan of coconut. My DH made something with Coconut cream a few weeks ago and added a little vanilla extract too it. It was really good and not such a coconut taste which was good for me.
