Healthy Eats 4/27
Breakfast: WW cheese stick, WW yogurt and coffee
Lunch: lean cuisine
Dinner: Fish sticks, green beans and potatoes
Snacks: Plum, sugar free pudding, kashi go lean bar

I did okay this weekend, not great but I also went walking twice!
Breakfast: Quaker Oatmeal bar and ginger green tea
Lunch: 2 slices of 45 calorie bread and American Cheese
Snacks: 100 calorie cookies and 60 calorie light and fit yogurt
Dinner: Baked chicken fingers in Bisquick, some kind of rice and vegetable on the side
Work out: Hope to take another walk today, about 3 miles to DH's store and back! I always thought it was 2 but I google mapped it and it is 3!

Breakfast- special K & coffee
snack- organic apple sauce
lunch- either a salad or a lean cuisine
snack- baked chips
dinner- found a recipe for creamy dijon pork chops
snack- dh and i are walking to ralphs tonight- its about 1.5 miles- so I figure that will cover the points lol

Today dh & i are celebrating because he went to the coast guard center to get weighed in and lost 10lbs! i've lost about 6.5 so far w/a little cheating lol
so today we're rewarding ourselves a LITTLE bit
Breakfast: 2eggwhites scrambled, half a bagel toasted (reward ) w/Olivio spread, and a few strawberries
Lunch: 60cal yogurt, an orange, and a ww 1pt. cheese stick
Dinner: Grilled Ranch chicken tenders topped w/shredded cheese(reward ) w/a veggie(broccoli or greenbeans) and then EITHER rice(depending on how bad the dh wants to cheat lol) or salad.

I did good this weekend. Didn't eat out once!! Not even on Friday as originally planned BUT, I didn't get any exercise. Unless I count the walking I did while shopping!
Breakfast: Tea w/ FF milk & 1 S&L 1/2 English Muffin w/ grape jelly
Snack: Active Mixed Berry Light Yogurt
Lunch: Lean Cusine
Snack: Manderine
Dinner: Whoops I just realized that I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer! Resort to plan B which I don't have yet.

Breakfast - 1 and a 1/2 packets of apple cinammon instant oatmeal, tea
Snack - 4oz dole mixed fruit cup
Lunch - peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich on multigrain bread
Snack - 10oz dole pineapple chunks
Dinner - lamb shoulder steak, baked potato, green beans
I am completely out of food, need to go shopping tomorrow after work. We are eating outside tonight and having a fire in the backyard so not tonight!

i just weighted myself today and i gained like 5-6 pounds in the past month! (i had a pretty bad month, had a MC and was really depressed over it..i am feeling better now tho)
I really need to get on the ball with eating more healthy
so far today...
breakfast: a bowl of raisin bran with 1% milk (probably had about 1.5 servings)
lunch: will have 1/2 of leftover chicken roll and salad on the side (not great, but at least it's portion control)
dinner: will be making some sort of baked or grilled chicken with wine sauce, carrots, stringbeans, and whole wheat noodles
dessert: a skinny cow chocolate ice cream cone
exercise: plan to go for a walk with DH when he gets home

Breakfast 2 slices orange cranberry bread 2 hardboiled egg whites 8 oz chocolate soy milk banana
Lunch 4 oz chicken cold cuts 1 slice american cheese apple 1 dark chocolate hershey kiss romaine lettuce with tomatoes and walnuts and fat free balsamic dressing
Snack chocolate chip odwalla bar
I eat a lot!
