healthy eats 4/29
Breakfast: 1 cup frosted shredded wheat, tea with only one tablespoon of sugar! (down from about 2)
AM snacks: 4oz dole diced peaches, 1 packet date, raisin and walnut oatmeal (my favorite)
Lunch: 2.5 slices turkey and 2 slices american cheese on white bread
PM snack: mandarin oranges if they are not bad (yesterday's was) or a small bag of pretzels from the vending machine
Dinner: shrimp, mushroom and red pepper kabobs on the grill, baked potato
Dessert: milk and 2 lemon cookies if I am hungry

Breakfast: 90 calorie granola bar and green ginger tea
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat 45 calorie bread with one slice of American Cheese
Snack: 100 calorie cookie pack and some blueberries
Dinner: Asian stir fry rice, making it with chicken but I didnt have enough so I will leave the chicken for DH LOL
Workout: dependent on weather, either a 3 mile walk or a half hour on the elliptical.
PS I love these threads because I go back the next day and make sure I didn't "lie" LOL

Morning - Mixed Fruit
BFast - 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch - 2sl turkey breast 1 sl am. cheese on multi gran wrap with 3 pieces of sun dried tomato (not in oil)
Canteloupe
Dinner - Grilled chicken with veggies
Workout - 40 min elliptical - Chest workout & abs & stretching. (1.5 hrs total)
