Healthy Eats 5/12
Okay late start, I guess not many are interested but I like it! LOL
Breakfast: Special K bar, green ginger tea
Lunch: whole wheat bread with RF peanut butter
Dinner: Campbell's cheesy chicken casserole with 98% FF soup and reduced fat cheese
Snacks: Light and Fit Yogurt, 100 calorie cookies
Workout: 30 minutes on Airwalker, 100 crunches, 10 pushups, stretches
7 lbs down, 13 to go woot woot!

i like it too! i was so bad over the weekend, so i wont weigh myself 'till friday
today:
Breakfast: Coffee, two hardboiled eggs, some strawberries
Lunch: Tomato/Cucumber salad, 8honey wheat pretzle twists, 60cal. yogurt
Dinner: I THINK i'm making lemon chicken, w/broccoli & a salad

I think we should move it and post a link here for a while ... I think the girls on diet and fitness would like it. OR, keep it here and post a link to it on D&F ...
Breakfast - one cup of special K cinammon pecan cereal with 1% milk, tea, and a 4ox dole mixed fruit cup.
AM snack - orange
Lunch - peanut butter and jelly
PM snack - apple
Dinner - tilapia, veggies and brown rice I think, maybe egg noodles instead of rice

I love healthy eats!
breakfast- ww roll with spray butter
missed my snack
lunch- soup & a salad
snack- ww 1 point brownie
snack 2- yogurt & a banana- its a gym day
dinner- roasted chicken & steamed red potatoes

Breakfast: instant oatmeal, coffee 3tsp sugar
Lunch: leftover turkey meatloaf, brown rice, stringbeans, fat free yogurt
Snack: handful of mixed nuts
Dinner: need to go food shopping, but i will prob just have a lean cuisine or maybe make tuna casserole
ETA: after dinner i had a chocolate covered graham cracker and 4 pretzels....not so great i am having bad cramps and was really craving the chocolate.

Breakfast/Lunch - Fage 2% yogurt with 3/4 cup of Kashi 7 grain cereal.
Small piece of easter candy
Jogged 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill and will be doing some gardening later today.
ETA: Forgot dinner! I'm gonna make pasta with chick peas and chorizo. Unless DH decides he wants to go out!
