Healthy Eats 5/13

Breakfast- ww roll with spray butter

snack- grapes

lunch- lean cuisine & brocolli slaw

snack- ww brownie and maybe a banana

dinner- pork chops & mashed

Breakfast - 1 cup special k cinammon pecan cereal with 2% milk, tea with 1 tbsp sugar

am snack - 90 calorie special k bliss bar

lunch - WW smart ones chicken marsala meal with broccoli

PM snack - orange

dinner - bratwurst on a roll with tater tots, some kind of veggie

dessert - small ice cream pop or choc pudding cup

yes please play! i love when more people particpate and i get ideas!

Breakfast: Special K bar and ginger green tea

Lunch: light whole wheat bread with reduced fat peanut butter ( 1 tbsp )

Snacks: 100 calorie cookies and light and fit yogurt

Dinner: If DH didn't eat it then some more of my cheesy chicken casserole with 98% Fat free campbells and reduced fat cheddar cheese

If he did eat it then probably a lean pocket LOL I dont feel like cooking

Workout: half hour on elliptical, 100 crunches, 10 push ups, stretches etc.

Hey girls! i had a hectic morning today - but now i'm here Chat Icon

breakfast: a few mini ricecakes and a coffee(like i said - hectic morning! lol)

Lunch: about to have a 60cal yogurt & an orange..half arnold sandwhich thin toasted w/reduced fat pb

Dinner: Chicken w/lemon/garlic/whitewine, broccoli & a salad

and then a spoonful of peanut butter

lunch: arnold sandwich thin with 2 pcs fat free american (why yes it is gross now that you ask Chat Icon )

Dinner: no idea - I'm going to a friends but she's on WW so I'm safe there.

This thread makes me try though I am not as dedicated as you girls!

Breakfast: Shredded Wheat Cereal (dry) with Coffee (skim milk a teaspoon of sugar)

Lunch: LC Pizza

Snack: Probably Whole Wheat Pretzels if anything

Dinner: Not sure yet

I am going to attempt the gym or at least a walk this evening

I am with you FF Cheese is disgusting! Alpine Lace isn't bad but straight up FF is just not right IMO!

But those arnold things are good if you toast them! I like them with hummus or peanut butter!

for lunch i found its much better to use the 45 calorie whole wheat with ONE slice of REGULAR american cheese. . .the cheese makes all the difference and its only one slice so not so bad.

I don't know how you girls eat a sandwich with just cheese. Unless it's grilled and melted, I cannot eat a plain cheese sandwich. And Tilde - one piece of cheese??? I'd be starving. I eat a turkey and cheese sandwich and I am still hungry. Chat Icon

I am trying to ween myself off cheese - I eat wayyyyy too much. I could eat a block of cheddar by myself. It's bad. Dh calls me a rat.

I dont know HOW I did it but I will tell you what my diet was like a few months ago

Breakfast: 2 eggs bacon and cheese on a roll

AM Snack: 100 calorie pack

Lunch: Roast beef on a roll OR bagel with cream cheese OR lomein from the chinese food place OR pizza

PM snack: bag of chips

Get home snack: a few cookies

Dinner: basically what i eat now lots of chicken dishes with cheese etc. BUT nothing low or reduced fat.

ETA: I forgot my before bed snack of ice cream! or oreos!

And THAT is how I gained 20 lbs since hte wedding

So one day I came to work on a Monday and cut out so much. The first two weeks I was STARVING TO DEATH and then my body adjusted and now I do just fine, I cant even IMAGINE eating what I did back then. . .

B: Special K red berries w/1% milk (dang 7-11 did not have FF)

S: Fiber One bar

L: Amy's Organic single-serve mac and cheese w/a huge orange and a 100 cal Ritz pack.

D: Something with the ground beef I defrosted, maybe taco pizzas since I have fixings left from my enchiladas last week.

TueLove, I love cheddar cheese so much my family nickname is Hedder Chedder Chat Icon

I also took a LOVELY 1/2 hour walk on my lunch break Chat Icon
