Healthy Eats Spinoff - Popcorn

I am trying to loose at least 10 pounds and have been pretty good - down 1 this week....

Question about microwave popcorn:

On my box it says 3 servings per bag
Calories: 2 tbsp unpopped 180, 1 cup popped 40

so how many calories is this?! Obviously you don't eat the unpopped kernals, so I would guess the 40 - but what happens to all those calores?

i have no clue what happens to those calories, lol...but yes, i am pretty sure 1 cup is 40 calories, so i would just go by that.

i usually just buy the 100 calorie packs of popcorn so i don't even have to think about it, i know if i eat the whole bag it is 100 calories

If you measure 2 cups on popped, it will pop up to more that 1 cup of popped popcorn. If you measure 1 cup of popped popcorn there is less to eat if you popped the 2 cups of kernels.
