"Healthy" points?? WW ques
After reading about whey protein, I impulse bought a container. A scoop would = 3 points+. My question is...if I exchange these points for a less healthy three points, do you think it would help me to lose faster or is 3 points 3 points no matter what.
Hope this made sense! Thanks!

I personally think a point is a point, BUT it is HEALTHIER to have that instead of a cookie. KWIM?

Remember, Weight Watcher pushes high protein and high fiber foods because they keep you full longer. A protein shake will keep you full longer than a cookie (even if both are 3 points). If you eat the 3 point cookie, you'll be left wanting more. The protein shake should satisfy you much longer.

Re: "Healthy" points?? WW ques
I don't believe a point is a point. If you ate all your points with healthy stuff vs. doritos, you may loose weight both ways since you are within your points, but you are going to loose more weight eating the healthy stuff...
