heart palpitations?
i've been feeling like a little minor heart palpitation today off and on... i have a cold but haven't taken anything today yet. I took Benadryl last nite before bed. any thoughts?

maybe it's the benedryl. Sometimes allergy medications could make you jumpy and heart palpatations sometimes are associated with that. feel better!!

thanks. its just weird because i only took 1 benadryl/cold the nite before - it couldn't have still been in my system the next day? and this tightening in the stomach --- which i'm sure is anxiety pangs from the 2ww!

benadryl cold has pseudoephedrine in it, which has stimulant effects on the heart. i almost guarantee that's why you had palpitations, although ttc stress doesn't help
