Heartburn.... Help!!!
Anyone have any suggestions on how to calm these, they hurt so bad. I guess i shouldnt complain since it really hasnt bothered me this entire pregnancy, but now its like im a fire breather.... it hurts so much.

Don't have any suggestions for you... I kind of just dealt with it when I had it. I avoided the foods that gave it to me the worst.
I have heard some girls swear by Tums.

My doctor told me to take Pepcid. It really helped me. Feel better!!

Tums is okay. Mylanta is better, but drinking milk is the best for me. Just a little worked.

Zantac...my dr also gave me a prescription for Reglan which emties your tummy of all the acids...

I drink a TON of milk which does help alot! And TUMs which to me is a much more temporary fix, milk generaly helps for a longer period of time.

im almost 38 weeks, i dont get it from food, i try to eat when i get it, but its hard when it comes on at 10 at night... Tums i really cant have b/c of gestational diabetes, they say i should not take them.
