Yeah I don't get it either.
When Kim K was in Playboy she didn't want to get totally naked either and Hef kind of told her she had to.
This is PLAYBOY not Maxim.
I could see if she was some kind of mega celebrity- like say Angelina or someone- and refused to get naked but they let her pose anyway- because of what a star she was.
But she isn't even a real celeb- so IMO either get naked or don't bother.

Me neither. She's got a rockin' bod, but even so....not liking the pics, the poses, or the outfits.
The way she's holding her boob is so uncomfortable....almost like she's pinching it.
