Help - how do i get my DD to drink water....

She doesnt really like drinking water from the bottle. I tried giving her sippy cups but she doesnt quite understand. She drinks from it but she ends up wearing half of the water because it drips right out of her mouth.

She is having a hard time pooping and of course the dr. said WATER!!!! Her poops are hard and she will push and push and only a little marble will come out (sorry for the TMI). I just feel she isnt gettign enough water thats the problem and i dont want to have to always stimulate her tush with a qtip or thermometer.

What do i do?????

Have you tried adding a little sugar to the water?

John has been really constipated for months. I give him 1 ounce of prune juice to 3 oucnes of water each day in his bottle and give it too him right before his first nap. I also put it in a sippy cup and alot does come out of the cup but he is getting enough water. I have to literally follow him around all day and give it to him plus at I give him water at lunch and dinner.
