help
Hi girls, i'm new to LIF. married 51 days and bummed because i'm going on my HM (we had to delay it) and gained back the 5lbs i dropped pre-wedding not to mention i totally fell off track with exercise the whole year before. I need to lose 10lbs but would LOVE to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks? help

cut down your portion sizes and exercise at least every other day until you are sweating!

you could try the first phase of the South Beach Diet, 5 lbs in 2 weeks is definitely doable.

The best temporary fix would be to cut out carbs with the Atkins approach, but this is not a long term fix . . . .
