Help! C-section scar infection?
I never had a single issue with either of my C-section recoveries. Now, 6 months after DD was born, my scar has started itching like crazy. Sorry if it's TMI, but the scar is red, puffy, and swollen and driving me crazy. It's only where the incision was. Is it possible to get an infection this late in the game? TIA!

Not sure about an infection. But, I would clean it & keep it dry. Call your OB's office.

Thanks. I'm going to need to find a new OB. My old one stopped taking my insurance recently. I'm due for my 6 month check-up anyway.

Its been almost 2 years (yikes!) since my c-section and my scar still bothers me sometimes. its probably nothing but have it checked out anyway.
