HELP-can you recommend your real estate agent (in Suffolk)?
We're going to give Long Island one final try before we move on to NC so can you please recommend your RA?
Also, does anyone know anybody who flips homes? This way we can get a newer home for a possibly affordable price?
TIA!

i know someone who works for century 21 in west babylon. if you want her information FM me.
getting a flipped house doesn't necessarily mean everything is done 100%.
my parents neighbor puchased a flip and everything was falling apart. it was the cheapest of everything. The windows are horrible, her siding fell off.

We loved our agent, Lauren Shulman. She helped us find our house and sell FIL's. She's agressive without being pushy and she has become our friend.

Well at least we wouldn't have to do all the remodeling ourselves, which would cost alot that we don't have.
