Help choose a chicken
My sons christening is Sunday and the only thing DH and I cant agree on is what kind of chicken to put in the buffet.
We are having:
Carved Roast beef
Garden salad
Seafood stuffed flounder
Stuffed Shells
Roasted potatos & veggies

i voted for parmesan b/c thats the only one on that list that i like, but you have other italian dishes..so i would go with marsala

I chose Francese but I like Cordon Bleu a lot too. Though parm is probably the most popular in general.

Uggh now I am craving it and no way in hell I would eat that here in Colorado. It will have to wait for July

I would say either Francaise or Parm.
Reasoning: people who opt for chicken at an event (be it a christening, wedding, whatever) generally are picky eaters. Both francaise and parm have the best chance of being something a picky eater would enjoy.
Because you're having stuffed shells already, I'd go francaise.

I'm a parm girl ---- 'cause sometimes, depending on who makes it, or how long it's in the chafing dish, francais just gets NASTY!!!
