help!!!! did anyone have to give a binder before closing?
we are getting a house inspected tonite, and the seller wants a $500 binder check made payable to her, which i was told she will not cash.
did anyone else have to do this?

We gave $100 toward the binder....if it isn't being cased I don't see why it has to be $500.
