HELP! Has anyone ever had fluid in uterus during ivf
I am so upset. I am on day 6 of stims. I have 11 follies from 9-15 and they were talking about triggering me tomorrow night. Today my sono showed a 20mm pocket of fluid in my uterus. It wasn't there yesterday. The PA said they won't do a transfer with fluid in there. They may try to aspirate the pocket beforehand or just freeze all of my embies :( :( Has anyone ever had this? What happened?? I am so worried my transfer will be cancelled.

I had this last cycle, and the doctor wasn't too concerned. It ended up correcting itself before I was ready to trigger for ER.

Thanks! That makes me feel better! Did they notice the fluid close to trigger or earlier in stims? I hope there is enough time for it to re-absorb. Something else to worry over.

I have no experience with this, but it sounds like you have a good chance it won't screw up the cycle. I feel your frustration! Just when you let yourelf get a little optimistic over a cycle, something you didn't expect slaps you in the face.

Oh no! I don't know anything about it- but I'm hoping it will absorb back in to where it should be! Another thing for you to worry about I that it's gone by tomorrow so it won't hold you up at all! I am feeling SO full today-and just really uncomfortable. I've been walking around in my nightgown all morning b/c I'm too uncomfortable to get dressed- Good luck Amanda! I know Dr. K said they might cryopreserve all of our embryos also if I hyperstimulated- I'm praying that doesn't happen.

Well I guess I will find out on my vm after he reviews my bw. At least Dr K is in PJ tomorrow. If he thinks its something to be concerned over I am sure he will sono me himself tomorrow and then tell me where to go from there. Just when I was starting to think things were going smoothly

Keep your chin up sweetie! I forgot that Dr. K is in the office tomorrow Too bad he can't do my sono- I am sure there are more follies on my left -- they didn't get a great view and he always seems to.

Oh no. But, luckily the worst case is just a delay for a cycle. Hopefully it wont come down to that. The good news is that you have a lot of eggs. I bet its totally gone tomorrow. Keeping you in my prayers.
