Corn on the cob? Thats always a good BBQ food! Plus there are lots of ways to cook it on the grill and make it even more delicious!

Re: Help!! Having BBQ on Sunday...
Maybe just some light foods as sides such as salad or even a fruit salad to lighten it up a little and maybe some chips and pickles. I think you are covered with the meat btwn the hamburgers, hot dogs and steak.

Re: Help!! Having BBQ on Sunday...
corn on the cob like the other poster said, devilled eggs, mac salad, regular salad or some kind of veggie have fun! Looks like it's going to be another beauty of a day!

Veggie platter fruit platter chips and dip roasted corn Relish tray (pickles, olives, etc) Potato salad Macaroni salad Pasta salad
Sometimes.. Smores stuff for dessert!
Obviously thats a TON of food..but we only really have 2 huge bbq's a year, so we go all out and have leftovers FOREVER!

Re: Help!! Having BBQ on Sunday...
chicken is a great idea for those that don't go for hamburgers & hotdogs..or that might be hamburgered out from the summer bbq's.
What about a london broil? it's easy to throw in a zip loc with some caesar salad dressing and the leftovers are awesome for salads.

Re: Help!! Having BBQ on Sunday...
I make a scalloped corn dish that can be made the day before and served at room temp or heated up. It's yummy!
1 can Cream Style Corn [16 oz] 1 can Whole Kernel Corn [16 0z, drained] ½ cup Butter [melted] 2 Eggs [beaten] 1 cup Sour Cream 1 box Corn Muffin mix [9 oz]
Melt butter and beat eggs.
Drain the whole Kernel corn.
Combine all the ingredients together, adding the muffin mix last.
Pour mixture into a greased9 x 11 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

Great suggestions . As someone who does not eat hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage, or steak my meals @ BBQ normally consists of "sides."
I highly recommend grilling an assortment of veggies to add some color as well as another menu option. I usally use bella mushrooms, assorted peppers, corn, squash (green & yellow), and yellow onions with a drizzle of olive oil and rosemary
