Help!! How can I bake cupcakes that don't rise....
in little "domes" in the center! I want those perfect, flat looking cupcakes so I can decorate them all pretty. Does anyone know what I mean?
I just baked a batch of cupcakes for my DD's birthday and no matter how little or how much I filled the batter, none bakes flat across the top!
So, what's the secret!

Why not ice them with a piping bag, that makes perfect looking cupcakes and its super easy, easier than using a knife to frost them.

I slice off the top to make it flat.
I don't think it's humanly possible to bake flat cakes or cupcakes.
eta: Make sure you do it when it has cooled completely and then some.

you're likely overfilling the pan. When the batter expands, it goes outwards, and then upwards. if there's too much batter, it will go more upwards since the pan walls restrict it's growth outwards
