Help, I need ideas for my mom's retirement party...
I wanted to do a luncheon, my sister wants to do something with a dinner.
Can you suggest any ideas, I really don't want to go overboard, but we want it to be nice.
ETA: she is in Babylon.

I don't know where you're located, but I was looking at places for a bachelorette party dinner and Mulcahy's in Wantagh does private parties. The least expensive was $39.99 per person. The room looked nice.

My mother retired last year..We did her retirement party at Four Food Studio and did their brunch..
They have a private room and it was great... I think we paid $39.99 a person.. Don't know if that is still the price.
