Help! I'm going away in two weeks and most of my clothes are too tight.
I know I gained weight from last year when I bought some new clothes for the HM. Well now they are too tight and I look like a 5lb. sausage stuffed into a 2 lb. bag..LOL.
I started going to the gym but I am not sure how good that is going to be considering we are going a way in only two weeks. I need a miracle.

as much as I do not like those quick weight loss diets...why dont you try one of the liguid diets...like Slimfast. You could do that for 2 weeks and loose some weight before you go.

Cut your refined carbs (sugars, flour), drink lots of water and watch your salt.
I sometimes do a very radical LC plan for damage control but I drop several pounds very quickly. LMK if you'd be interested in that.

I'll take any advice you have. A few years ago I lost 40lbs. doing a version on LC. I never did any exercise either. I think maybe constantly switching diets over the last few years has slowed down my metabolism. I started trying to just make better choices. And most of the time by problem is at night.
Since I got married I probably gained 10-15lbs and I am only 5' 1", so that's a lot. I just don't feel comfortable anymore. Getting dressed as become a chore.

Defintely drink alot of water. You should do some form of exercise, even if its just for a half hour.
As my Weight Watcher leader says "if you have time to watch TV, you have time to exercise"

What do you eat at night? If its icecream- troppicana has a Swirl pop that's only 80 calories and its a good size. Its raspberry sorbet and icecream swirlled. They also have a orange one that I imagine tastes like a creamsickle.
If its popcorn, there are some snack size bags of popcorn that are just 100 cals/bag. I know if I make a full bag, I eat a full bag so this time you can eat the whole bag and not feel bad.

If you eat lean protein, chicken etc...Some low in sugar fruits, lots of green veggies...drinka TON of water and do some cardio...you could easily lose 10-12 lbs in like 2 weeks.
