help- in the middle of cake pops
so I placed the little cake balls in the freezer for 15 min & now they are in the fridge but I can't coat them until tonight- are they going to taste like crap if I wait to coat them until 8pm?
I thought I was going to have enough time to finish in one sitting but DS has other ideas.

Should be just fine, in fact I would just keep them in the freezer, I find they are easier to dip when they are frozen solid.

I agree. The harder they are, the easier it is to dip them.

Re: help- in the middle of cake pops
I have kept them in the freezer for days before coating. I just put them in a zip lock to prevent freezer burn. They always taste the same. I have been made them start to finish and then froze them. I took them out a month later the day before the party and they tasted perfect for the party. They are next to impossible to screw up
