Help me brainstorm....concert tailgate menu
I'm looking for some ideas for food while tailgating.
Nothing mayo/cheesy, because of the summer heat 
I'm blanking!
Salsa & Chips
Hummus & veggies
Maybe Stromboli?
Maybe a quiche?
Mayo-less pasta salad
I'm sure the guys will cook Hot dogs & burgers
Knock you naked brownies
Fruit salsa with cinnamon dipping chips

Definitely a pasta salad with a vinegar based dressing.
We also do the fresh mozzerella balls with a grape tomato and some basil on a toothpick and balsamic on the side- it holds up well even on hot days.
I just keep it in the cooler until ready to serve.
