Help me choose a 1st B-day outfit for DD
I originally planned on putting DD in a 1st birthday onesie/top with a tutu in Abby Cadabby colors for her Abby party. While looking for a top on etsy, I found this dress:
Do you think the dress is over the top and that I should stick with the tutu and top idea or should I go with the dress instead?

Thats adorable 
But do you think she will be uncomfortable ? That would be my only concern ( because my DD would probably be throwing a fit after a half an hour  )
That would be great for pics though and if it were me ( since I have a shopping disrder) I'd probably buy it for her 1 year photos !!

Yes, I kind of thought about the discomfort but the dress. I already did her cake smash for the invites and will probably do another set of 1 year shots but don't think I want to buy the dress just for pics.

is she walking/crawling yet? that dress would drive Em INSANE because she'd try to crawl in it and not be able to....
Easter's dress was a challenge for the same reason!

I agree and i think it is more of a picture dress than a party dress. i love the onesie and tutu for the party

my DD wore a tutu for her 1st birthday and still LOVES IT! It was high and had a halter ribbon (my mom made it) and she loved wearing it for pictures and everything.
I did have another outfit later at the party. She was walking at 10 months
She wore it later that year for halloween around her waist, and at 2+ still dresses up in it.
1st birthday
