help me decide
Holiday Party tomorrow night, should be raining.
I am wearing a black dress
a) black tights with black suede pumps
or
b) no hosiery and black patent pumps

Hosiery and shoes - suede or not.
Yeah the rain is an issue if you are out in it for extended periods but I don't think it is going to be like a monsoon. And from the car (likely valet) to the venue, you should be fine.

Yes, at night, walk would be from car to restaurant, probably valet. I wear slippers in the car anyway and leave my shoes in the box until I get there
