Help me figure out this new pain I'm having

I'm 29 weeks. About 2 days ago I started to feel this pull/strain, but only when I cough or laugh. It's one concentrated spot above my belly button. It doesn't feel the same as my skin stretching, it feels like it's inside. If I'm not laughing or coughing I don't feel it at all, but when I touch my belly in that spot at any time, it's very sensitive, just right there. And when I do laugh or cough, it's quite painful and I find myself grabbing my belly to almost hold the pain in. Does that make sense?

At first I thought it might be a growing pain, and maybe it is. Or maybe I pulled an abdominal muscle?? What do you think? I wish I could describe how it feels better....but I guess I'm worried that something in there is tearing or something like that cause that's kind of how it feels.

Any ideas or should I just call my doc? (this would be my first "pain" call but I really don't want to go in just for them to tell me it's nothing and take it easy, KWIM?)

ETA: I should add that 's activity level has not changed. He's still kicking like a champ.

YES.... I have it too!!! I think its just more crap stretching in there.... I have had so many pains lately its farkin ridiculous. I think I've called my midwife 4 X in the last week because of all this weird stuff going on........

I have this too......especially after working all day, i try to lay down and sometimes rub oil on my belly.....
