Help me make steak strips for stir fry

I'd like to switch it up and try the strips cut for a stir fry but being a vegetarian, beef intimidates me. Help me! I don't even know how to cook it!

You can buy the veef pre cut into strips for stir fry.
If not I find that if you put the beef in the freezer for about 15 min, it makes itbmuch easier to cut up.

are you doing an asian stir fry?

Salt and pepper the steak.

Mix together evoo, chopped garlic, soy sauce, a little white wine OR dry sherry (I use dry sherry) a little orange juice and marinate the steak in this for a few hours to over night.

Then you can use this in the stir fry with veggies. Slice it thin across the grain. It will be tender from marinating and have really good flavor.

Check-out this recipe. It's a beef and snap pea stir fry and I think overall it's fairly easy, quick and tastes really yummy (I've made it before).

Edit: I like this recipe also because gives you step by step pictures.
