Help me name my kitty!
We are adopting a mama cat and 2 of her kittens--1 boy and 1 girl. We are naming the mama Belle (chosen by my daughter, and she is beautiful in spirit and in looks) and the boy Chance. I need a name for the little girl! She is mostly grey and is the most playful of the litter (and the only girl). The mama was a feral/stray and these kittens were born in my yard (or moved there within a few days of their birth). I wanted to name her Lucy because Lucy sounds playful and feminine, and because it means light, and to me that symbolizes hope. But, DH isn't so crazy about the name Lucy. The boy is being named Chance because this little family is all getting a second chance for a very happy life instead of one of hardship. So....give me your ideas for our little girl kitten!

I like Hope, but I did the "call out" test and wasnt sure. When I say it a bunch of times, it's not quite cute enough for a girl. In terms of meaning, I love it.

Since she is so playful how about Bubbles.
I also like Lovey- my brother had a cat named that she was so sweet- I always loved that name

I think I convinced DH to go with Lucy :) I'm hoping he doesn't change his mind! She is only 4 weeks old so I won't have her living with us until around 8 weeks. (Mom needs to stay with all her kittens to nurse them until then)
