who doubles coupons, triples? When do they if they do, always?

I know Waldbaums and Stop and Shop double coupons to $.99. Target and Whole Foods don't double but you can use one manufactured coupon and one store brand coupon for each item.

King Kullen doubles up to $1. They have their coupon restrictions on their website.

Stop and shop, Pathmark, Waldbaums, Shoprite all double up to .99 cents and King kullen doubles up to 1.00.
