Help me with points or calories please

I had 3 egg whites and one egg omelete and I sprinkled maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of shredded cheddar on it.

What do you think the points/calories are?

1 point for the 3 egg whites
2 points for the full egg
1/2 point - 1 point for the cheese depending on if it were low fat or not.

I also had some cereal and milk this am but that I figured out was 3 pts.

Big morning so far...lunch will be about the same and dinner will be light.

If I can just master that all the time, I would be so skinny!
