I feed her and when I try and burp her, in the last 2 days she does not burp as easy and as much..

My girlfriend's son was really hard to burp. She figured out that if she picked him up under the armpits and held him so that his body stretched out he would burp. Does that make sense? I am trying to figure out how to explain it.

how old is she? i know that at 3 months emily stopped wanting to be burped and we'd just sit her upright and she'd eventually burp herself after a few minutes.
