Help! My back is spasming and it wont stop!
How do I get this to stop? Everytime I move even an inch it goes into spasm!

a hot shower may help. also, tylenol might help with the pain, which would help your muscles relax.

I had side spasms back in May and early June. They were horrible. I had pulled my back from coughing and sneezing with allergies anyway, I called my OB and they told me I can take tylenol. You just have to take it really slow and keep your feet up. Dont do anything that will injure it more.
I just sat with my legs up and watched TV. I did not do anything for a few days and it helped. Your body needs to rest.
Also, a pillow behind you will help. Try that. I hope you feel better i know what you are going through and it is not comfortable

also call your OB and tell them so they are aware in case it is contractions. mine were high by my breasts so they told me the above.. feel better

Ugh it just started again and then stopped. I think I'm done with work for the day. My belly feels very heavy- and I've gone #2 like 4x already today (sorry, TMI)
