Help needed asap re: Kraupners
Hi ladies, I have my infusion being delivered tonight and I totally forgot that Kraupners has my old address on file. Of course I realized this after 7pm and now no one is there which means they will bring my meds to my old home. Is there an emergency line that I can call?

Thank you but I too found that earlier and tried calling twice. It's some random guys voicemail and the mailbox is full. He doesn't specify that he works for Kraupners either

That's what I'd do. When we were ttc dd1 and doing ivf the idiot at freedom fertility sent my meds via ups to a fed ex office. Fed ex sent the ups box back. It was summer. Heat wave and the meds were packed on dry ice overnighted. They ended up back on the ups truck and I drove to their warehouse while they searched all their trucks to find my box of meds. The things we go through.

I would try the emails and if not and it's not too far maybe go back to your old address. I had to stalk fed ex and get into brawls for meds at times good luck!!!

Got my meds!! Thank you ladies for trying to help me out! So relieved now. Kraupners really needs to consider getting an emergency number for clients to use during off hours. Not cool.

wow- just reading this now. I have had those moments with med deliveries too- my first one when I had no choice but to go through Caremark, although they are the most expensive - and depleted my med insurance (grrr)... Kraupners has been really good- although definitely can have mishaps like you had. Try to ask them to call if you need any other meds this cycle (upon delivery). The drivers often will (even if they are kind of gruff and serious).
