Help pick an engagement ring?

Hi, I am posting this for my friend's fiancee...

The center diamond is about a carat on both rings. The difference in total carat weight is about .3 carats.

This is the best I could do with the pictures size. The resizer and I don't really get along.

Left is the first 1 in the poll
Right is the second 2 in the poll

Re: Help pick an engagement ring?

i personally would prefer the first one, the style of the band is more unique. but i can't speak for the fiancee...

to tell you the truth, i can't really tell that there are fewer diamonds in the second setting. they are both gorgeous!!

I also liked the first one more. But most people seem to be liking the 2nd one more. Let's see what the poll says after I get more votes.

I like the second one. My ring is almost the same but my diamond is not round.

I like the 1st one. I have an eternity band and you can't see all the diamonds so I would go with the more unique setting

Re: Help pick an engagement ring?

I personally like the second but like others have said it is a matter of what the girl would like.

Re: Help pick an engagement ring?

i personally think they are both very classic and he can't go wrong with either one, but i am leaning more towards the one on the right!!

i like the first one... and it looks like it might sit better with a wedding band because it's higher
