Help please!
I bought chicken breasts and put them in the freezer. On Wednesday night I put them in the fridge to defrost but my dr.'s appt took too long last night so I didn't cook them.
Are they still good to cook today?? I'm getting mixed answers from a couple of friends - don't want to get sick but I thought they would be ok, no?

They're fine. if they were left on the counter and not in the fridge that would be different. Enjoy with a nice glass of chardonnay!
