Help Please!!! I am in a lot of pain...
So... I hurt my knee REALLY Bad on Thursday night, and I tried to get an appt with the orthopedic dr all morning yesterday and I couldn't get one until Tuesday...
So I will stop rambling and ask my question in which I need your help... I am EBF and wanted to know if I could possible take anything to relieve the pain a little bit without hurting my lil one... If there is any risk of me passing something on to her, I will just deal with the pain, although it hurts like a mother and I cannot walk right now...
I tried calling the PED but missed the office hours... Does anyone know if I can take something?
I feel crazy calling the emergency line... lol

Motrin is safe. I took 3 200mg every 6 hours when I was recovering from my c-section.

You can take ibuprofen (Advil).. my midwives said its better to take this then tylenol
feel better!
