Help please..CM question-TMI
so i am on CD 9 and i am starting to get EWCM already. last month i O'd on CD20 and i didnt begin to get EWCM until CD15 so as you can imagine, I am a little confused. My OPK are also negative. Me and my DH did BD last night (sorry if TMI) is it possible that it is sperm? I dont recall the day after, it being like this the other times the day after we BD. This kind of CM is like what i normally get before i O.

It's possible that it is EWCM and not sperm. I would say since you BD'd yesterday, then see how it is tomorrow and if it is still EW then BD again. It can't hurt 
It is totally possible for you to O at a different time in your cycle.

well i have been drinking green tea every night and a cup of grapefruit juice every day, i wonder if this is contributing to it
