HELP! Possible computer virus from myspace

I was searching around some profiles (nothing from anyone here)

I clicked the back button and a black and white screen popped up (and a song started playing) saying:

"You are an idiot" with all different smiley faces all over the screen

I x'd out of it, but DH just told me that our antivirus is outdated.

Any thoughts? (besides that I'm an idiot )

I've seen that link before and I don't think it's a virus, but I do know that it keeps going on and on and on and you basically have to shut down your computer to get rid of it. I think you should be ok... but I do know that I was looking at a profile on myspace once and gave DH's laptop a virus so anything is possible!
